OUR PROCESS
Every stained glass project is different. Age, glass type, lead condition, frame, exposure, previous repairs and significance all affect the correct treatment.

Share photographs, location, approximate dimensions, property type and your main concern.

We review the information and identify what additional photographs, access details or records may be useful.

When needed, the glass, lead, solder, supports, frame, water conditions and exterior protection are reviewed together.

Visible conditions are organized into a project-specific recommendation for monitoring, maintenance, repair, restoration or protection.

Scope, access, assumptions, sequencing and coordination with the property or construction team are defined.

Approved work may include on-site repair, removal, cleaning, matching glass, releading, reinforcement, custom fabrication and protective work.

Panels are installed or reinstalled in the prepared opening, with attention to fit, support, finishing and surrounding conditions.

Completed work is reviewed, documented and accompanied by relevant maintenance or future observation guidance.
